Probably already mentioned but, Monday Morning Leadership is an excellent, quick read for anyone in a leadership role or aspiring to be a leader. Written by David Cottrell. You won't be disappointed!

If anyone is interested in one of the BEST personality profile books available, a gentleman by the name of Robert A. Rohm, PhD, has written "Positive Personality Profiles". This is NOT a "dry" read. Dr. Rohm adds humor to tons of great information. If you want to learn more about yourself and those that you come in contact with, pick up this book.

I've become a fan of Ken Blanchard. His books are short, to the point and he puts his messages in a fictional story that help you relate without boring you with concepts like many business books.
I highly recommend Gung Ho, Go Team, The One Minute Manager, and The One Minute Entrepreneur.
A must read...Outliers by Malcom Gladwell!
There's a cool tool on amazon that says see a kindle in my town. So I'm adding the tool to MCC. We've got one at InSights if anyone wants to check it out!!
I have been really inspired by an older book that I just discovered at the library: "Start Small, Finish Big: 15 Key Lessons to Start--and Run--Your Own Successful Business" by Fred DeLuca. Each chapter has a key lesson, but the lesson is illustrated with a story from a particular entrepreneur. It is full of stories of people who started their own business on virtually no money. Some people were even homeless during part of the time they were trying to get their businesses going.
Since this book is old, you can get a used copy at Amazon quite cheap. I recommend it if you are starting your own business, or are in a difficult or frustrating time in your business.
I have read two books that are great:
Go for No by Richard Fenton
The Referral of a Lifetime by Tim Templeton
Both are quick reads and are written in the same manner as the One Minute Manager.

Downsized, by Jill Wilkinson and Outliers are both fab books-- Downsized is fiction, based right here in Detroit-- Outliers is non-fiction
The Shapiro book is a pretty good. A surprisingly easy read. I like the way he uses real people to illustrate the points.
I'm reading eBoot Camp by Corey Perlman. Great tips on Internet marketing!
Currently reading Death by Meeting. Half way through this fable by JB Lencioni that is appropriate for anyone in a leadership role. If you find your meetings are dull and boring or you and your team get the feeling they are a waist of your time; then you have to read this book.
