I will see about talking to Shields. I also can talk to Lawrence Technological University about allowing us to use a classroom. I am a student there and I know they love to get involved in events like MCC.

I have even heard that our first year business classes for engineers are assigning students to open Linkedin accounts for homework.

I have a suggestion for a meeting in Dearborn, it's actually in Dearborn Heights - Vista Maria.  I used to work there and they are always looking to introduce their organization to others.  They have a beautiful campus and plenty of meeting rooms for 20 or so people.  There is a catch...there may be a tour or pitch from the CEO involved.  If that's ok, I will check into it.

It sounds something like Morpheus to Neo in "The Matrix". "How far down the rabbit hole are you willing to go"?

Ok, I'm STILL IN!  Don't have any meeting space to offer but willing to help get the D moving on a positive note.  Can assist with Blighbusters.

So what are you suggesting for 6/1?  It needs to be BBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIGGGGG!  We will need REALLY BIG to counter the bad news that looks inevitable at this point:  GM -> BM  :(

We have the talent, we have the passion - MCC moving the D forward!

Depending on timing and details (as well as head count) we have a nice space at 100 W. Big Beaver, Troy if there is a need for a space for an initial meeting. Timing and head count are key though. I'm off this week but keeping an eye on emails.  

I'm in!  I would love to help with Blightbusters and/or Operation Kid Equip.  I can also help with the other events if needed.  Let me know!
