Which is more important - what you say, or the way you say it?
My money goes on the latter.
We talk about the power of words every day in advertising, marketing, and copywriting circles, and know that there can be a huge difference in response based on the (careful) choice of one word over another.
My friend Natalie Brundred of Spark Coaching in Troy, MI turned me on to a video from the Cannes "Short Film" competition that shows what I mean so brilliantly, I had to share it with all of you.
