Help with a little known business term

Each week on Max Impact's home page we post a little known business term. They are simply a twist on better-know terms designed to create a mental picture for the reader.
In the past we have defined "Sloppier", a Xerox machine that has one of those faded strips or line on every page, and "Bottom-lime" which describes any business activity that sours the profitablity of an organization. This week "Customer Slurvice" joins the growing list of terms that also includes "File Jerk", "Deceptionist", "Slick Day", and "Out Pout".
Can you add to our list?
