Seeking Business Development Manager

Our client, a full service real estate company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify a broad array of real estate opportunities, development, property management and construction with the primary responsibility to focus on identifying, selling and closing construction opportunities and referring the other opportunities to the appropriate individuals within the company for follow-up.   Our client is headquartered in Troy, Michigan with offices in Charlotte, NC and Columbus, OH. Our client is committed to providing a "Best in Class" experience for our stakeholders who value quality real estate and take pride in the results. 

Qualified candidates will have prior experience in construction and/or commercial real estate and sales, ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and have an entrepreneurial spirit.  This position is to be located in our Troy, MI office and will require travel to the other markets that our client is pursuing.  Compensation for this position will mainly be commission based; a low base salary will be paid.  Please e-mail resumes to dbenjamin@thesalesmatrix.com
