Not that all of you can do it, but a few of you can. Go outside without a shirt on today. Just because it's that nice. Kinda crazy, right? Just wow. I'm always surprised when it's this warm on my birthday (mid November) and here it is 3 days before Christmas.

It's today and I think the winning presentation has already been chosen: We are going to be talking about "increasing your AQ". Since I made that up, I'll explain- Your AQ is your Awareness Quotient. Ever notice how so many people seem clueless? Yeah, they have low AQ. Not only will today's presentation touch on getting more dialed into the people around you, it will also hit on the other side...how to make sure those people around you are more aware of you. This is internal and external marketing at its' finest.

It looks like a good group of people are coming according to our Facebook Event page. Join us for lunch at BDs in Royal Oak from 11:30-1:00. You didn't have much else going on today, anyway ;-)

Up to $1500 Referral Fee

I'm doing some recruiting for a few positions: IT Product Architect, Financial Services Industry Sales Guy for a Marketing firm and a couple of Physical Therapists downriver. I've decided it's best to leverage my network to find the talent sought. I've got a $500 referral fee for anyone who refers me to a person who refers me to a hired candidate.  That second referrer gets $1000.00. 

Wait, this seems confusing. If you click HERE, I have a post with a link to the job descriptions and a video that explains the referral fee setup. Hopefully we can create some win/win/win scenarios just in time to pay off those Christmas bills.
