This is how street art + a clever campaign can make a dull / ugly manhole - Hot, Steamy and Tasty. We have plenty of opportunity like this in Detroit...


Absolutely wonderful clever advertising campaign developed for Folgers Coffee by Saatchi and Saatchi NY. Photographs of a tempting cup of coffee were taken from a bird's-eye view and printed on vinyl. These were placed on top of steaming manhole covers with holes cut into the vinyl to allow the steam to rise. The effect is one of giant, hot, cups of coffee. Cool Huh ? Every morning when you walk past it...what do you think you'd think of ?
