Hi Gang,
I made a cold call today and the gentleman I talked to was not a good prospect for my product so I mentioned MCC. We got to talking and he told me he was familiar with the group and had attended the last Blightbuster's event. In fact he was handing full bags of debri to Natalie who was handing them to me to put on the truck. We were a well oiled machine that day and did not even know each other. Isn't it amazing how doing something good inspires people , even strangers to put forth awe inspiring efforts to achive a common goal.

What an awesome testimony to the power of networking, Duane, and to the "it's a small world" concept.
How great! In the few minutes I had to stand around and contemplate, I remember thinking how pulling together for a common good made instant comrades and friends of us all - including people that I NEVER would have talked to otherwise. It was such a powerful reminder that underneath all the differences and things that seem to separate us, we are all the same. What a testimony to the human spirit!
