Sales Person - WANTED!
Join our Sales Team to expand our market presence! You must be a highly competitive, out-going, quota-carrying professional, who is seeking to gain invaluable sales training and experience while taking an active role in driving new revenue and expanding our footprint. Responsibilities include: managing sales pipelines, forecasting to management and closing business deals while meeting/exceeding your revenue and lead-handling targets.
Our Sales Associates seek new clients through cold calls and emails in both proven and new channels. Creative and consultative sales approach includes: client need evaluation and solution design.
Compensation is commission-based on projects with no cap on earning potential - and your commission percentage will never decrease. Flexible work scheduling is available for the right candidate.
We are looking for an associate who loves selling, loves the business of selling, and would like to eventually train and coach people in sales techniques, while continuing to sell. This position would make sales calls on business owners, presidents, general managers and VPs of Sales for small to medium sized companies, selling our sales and sales management programs. Lead generation, closing new business, and project management are all part of the Sales Associate role. The position is compensated by commission with a draw to get started.
This person needs to possess a high ambition & drive component, independent work ethic and be comfortable on the phone with decision makers.
