My client is seeking diversity candidates for the following positions - all candidates must have sales experience in Human Capital Solutions experience with staffing firms or Career Development sales experience. - Sr Vice President - General Manager: The Senior Vice President - General Manager/Area Sales Director is part of the regional management team, and provides overall leadership and sales management strategy/execution for an office or group of offices. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting the financial objectives of the office(s) as well as providing personal sales to a selected number of key accounts.
- Sr Vice President - Reg Leadership Specialist: The primary responsibility of the Leadership Consulting (LC) Regional Leadership Specialist (RLS) is to provide sales and marketing support, direct sales and some selected delivery of services. The percentage of time split is approximately 70% sales, 30% delivery and corporate support. The RLS is the first point of contact for the RSVP, GMs, VPBDs or coaches in their respective region.
- Business Development Reps: The Business Development Rep's primary responsibility is to profitably revenues within the assigned sales territory. This will occur through a concentration on both new business development and expanding current client relationships
- Global Project Services - Project Managers: The Global Project Services Team is the industry's first and most comprehensive infrastructure devoted to the delivery, coordination and seamless implementation of management services for complex, multi-level assignments. This team of experienced individuals works closely with local offices and client organizations to manage all aspects of a large, complex consulting engagement.
