If you have performed the following:
- Calibrated and optimized engine and engine-vehicle performance via in-vehicle testing,
- Translated customer performance requirements into software calibrations data for the EMS,
- Defined, purchased and maintained hardware and software tools required to interface with the EMS,
- Performed diagnostic activities on the EMS, reported findings and made improvement recommendations,
and you have the following qualifications:
- BSME or EE
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with Diesels and Class 8s
- Experience with in-vehicle, engine-vehicle calibration and data acquisition systems,
- In-depth understanding of control systems and system requirements
- The ability to work independently, or as a team, self-directed, organized and you take a rigorous approach to engineering projects,
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, flexible and show
initiative in responding to changing project demands,
- Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink; Hardware-in-the-Loop and OBD (is a plus) and
- You must be able to work legally for any employer. The company does not offer sponsorships.
