Customer Service Experience Designer
Location: Downtown Detroit.
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
***Must Be US Citizen or Green Card Holder***
This person must have experience in Human Factor Design, User Experience Design , and Usability across more than one customer interaction Channel.
Position reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Designer will take a holistic view of a customer interaction such as the welcome and on-boarding experience of new members. This designer will work with people across the company to define the experience design process, apply the concepts and methodology, develop design deliverables, outline an experience improvement plan, and ultimately see the improvements through to completion.
The designer should be familiar with the employment of quantitative and qualitative research methods to perform their analysis. The expectation is that the ideal candidate will drive design all the way through to delivery of the recommendations; in other words, bring the experience to life.
Skills:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
XML, DHTML, FLASH, Flex, Photoshop, Illistrator, and Fireworks a plus
Experience with UI/UX Usaability Interface / Usability Experience

User Experience Design and Usability
