Job Opening: Bookkeeper / Administrator
Job Title: Administrator/Bookkeeper
Reports To: Vice President
Department: Administration
Overview: PAT's Administrator is responsible for the administrative and hospitality aspects of the office and business.
Job responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
2. Ensure all bills are paid properly and on-time.
3. Ensure all taxes are filed and paid properly and on-time.
4. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
5. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
6. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
7. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
8. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
9. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
10. Coordinate and maintain records.
11. Support staff in assigned project based work.
12. Additional assignments as may be required.
Requirements:
1. Experience with Microsoft Office 2010, Quick Books Pro, and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience in the Commercial Construction field a plus.
3. Familiarity with Skype.
4. High School diploma or GED, some college preferred.
Compensation:
1. Salary plus revenue sharing for business generation.
2. Benefit packet.
