How do Realtor Search for tools to make their job easier?

Question For Real Estate Agents: (please forward if you know one!)

We are working on a project and need help in understanding how Realtors "think" in terms of the tools you use in your work.

If you were looking for an inexpensive or free place to create e-property (single property) websites, what terms would you use to search the internet? What about call-capturing systems and lead-capturing systems? Are they even of interest to realtors?

You need CE credits to maintain your license. How do you search online for CE courses? What search terms do you use? Are there specific resources you go to over and over? Does it make a difference if the courses are free, or have a cost associated?

Anything else you can tell me about how realtors use the internet to make their work easier would be helpful to me.
