Affiliate Marketing as a source of revenue in the IT market - general questions

Affiliate Marketing can contribute additional revenues to an organization and/or allow them to reduce service fees to their clients (especially for those dealing in IT services).

My questions for you:

1) Do you pro-actively adopt affiliate programs with service/software/hardware suppliers that you recommend to your customers?

2) Are you finding the time involved in establishing affiliate partnerships + guiding those transactions worth the effort?

3) Do you disclose your affiliate partnerships with your clients?

4) are any of you out there on the supplier side, and if so, is it working for you?
