New Supervisor of Accounting position

GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job):

This position is responsible for working with the corporate general ledgers, specifically including the centralized liabilities for all US plants, significant dollar balance accounts, those accounts requiring in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and cross-functional currencies.  Emphasis will be placed on performing in-depth, well thought out analysis and ensuring corporate accounting tasks are completed in compliance with internal controls. A high level of integrity is required as all work must be performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.  Supervise a staff of three.
