I am currently recruiting on a position in Metro Detroit for an outside sales rep. My client has put together a very attractive compensation plan for the right candidate.
I will share more position description details with serious candidates.
This person should:
- Have at minimum 2 years of successful Outside sales experience, preferrably with a reputable company.
- Understand consultative selling
- Comfortable with high level of activity
- Understands longer sales cycles
- Has program management background/ can management a process
- Highly desirable - Bachelors degree
