Great New Job Board

Hey everyone,

There is a great new job board company called hiredMYway.com that has a new and unique model. hiredMYway.com is a Detroit start-up and is part of the DVP family.

Two great aspects of the model are that every job on the site offers a hiring and a referral bonus of up to $4000. So if you get a job or refer someone in your network to a job on the site (and they get hired), you make some extra money. In addition to the bonus program, hiredMYway.com uses a filtering system so that only serious candidates' profiles are viewed by employers. In most cases job seekers are in a candidate pool that is 90% smaller than on a traditional job board site.
