Job Description

Job Title: Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Reports To: Director of Finance (CFO)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Prepared By: Human Resources
Prepared Date: December 2007

Summary: Based in Georgia, this position supports the Products RMW Unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Director of Finance in his daily work as needed.
Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

a. Reconciles G/L account on a monthly basis using the local accounting
system and in line with T&D and Systems procedures
b. Prepare and send Magnitude reports, and special ad hoc reports and
presentations as requested by Corporate or local management
c. Prepares and maintains support documentation for external audits
d. Participates to project reviews and supports general management and
project managers by supplying accurate financial data
e. Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation
of the project control.
f. Analyses variances Actual vs Budget
g. Develops new controlling tools (both on project management and
overheads).
h. Monitors the achievement of the external and internal action plans
i. Supports the Director of Finance for forecasting and budgeting tasks
including cash forecast
j. Assists the Director of Finance in the project of replacing the
current accounting software by the core model software (SAP-T@IS) developed by the parent company.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and compliance with applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum requirement Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Masters degree preferred. CPA/CMA, 10 years experience, in an international /manufacturing environment a plus.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP or other major ERP system; Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Office software.

Other: The position in the company, being part of a worldwide group, will require strong communication skills both internally and with corporate managers and officers.
Must be a self-starter and team worker with an interest in advancing to Unit Director of Finance within a reasonable amount of time.
