Exit Strategy Opportunity

I found the following opportunity for the right person looking to complete their business exit strategy.

I have a client who is interested in purchasing a USA based consumer product manufacturing or importing company.

My client has adequate financing up to US$20 million. Geographically, he would prefer it be in the northeast, but I suggest he not limit the search to just that area.
