Executive Administrative Assistant Needed - Auburn Hills

Seeking program assistant to provide administrative support to a 20-person professional office with high performance expectations.  The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player, has the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Duties include:


 



  • Manage reception desk, including handling 8 phone lines and daily mail;

  • Manage contact databases using ACT! software;

  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, requiring occasional overnight travel;

  • Create and format documents, spreadsheets and graphs;

  • Assemble large reports during high volume workload;

  • Facilitate conference call and web conferencing set-up for meetings;

  • Maintain office and kitchen inventory, order office supplies;

  • Maintain and update staff schedules, filing, meeting minutes, and small library; and


• Make travel arrangements for staff.


 


Demonstrated proficiency required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
Experience with ACT! and MS Project a plus.  Bachelor's degree preferred.


Pay is $20/hr
