Job Title: Administrator/Bookkeeper
Report to: Vice-President, North America
Summary: PAT's Administrator is responsible for the administrative and hospitality aspects of the office and business.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Ensure all bills are paid properly and on-time.
- Ensure all taxes are filed and paid properly and on-time.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Coordinate and maintain records.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Additional assignments as may be required.
Required skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2010, Quick Books Pro, and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Skype.
Required education:
- High School diploma or GED, some college preferred.
Required licenses or permits:
- Valid driver's license.
