Customer Service Opening - Detroit, MI

This is an immediate need for our client in Detroit.  Pay is $12-$13/hr depending on experience.  A Bachelors Degree is a MUST.  Combination of customer service and inside sales experience is preferred.  Resumes can be e-mailed to me at nsmith@hrsus.com.

orders over the phone
some upselling
1st level of Web support
 -- changing passwords

Will also be verify subscriptions
Update client info
take payments over phone

Will also reply to email inquiries -- MUST have excellent written communication skills -- MUST have at least 2 years college - would pfr. BA degree

They use outlook - INContact software and a publishing software for the client information management -- they will train on that --

The position is open because they are introducing a new product and the call volume is expected in increase --  there is going to be a long term need
