Properties in Mexico

I know the thought of buying property is not popular in the Michigan area currently.  However, someone might be interested in this.  Once again "This is not an offer to purchase or sell anything."

I have a client who is looking for investors interested in picking up properties (hotels) in Mexico. These hotels range in price from $17M to $360M and represent a good investment value. General area locations are Cancun, Peurto Vallarta, and Acapulco. What I need to know is the general level of interest in the network for this kind of opportunity. Please respond if you have investors who may want to look at these prospects.
