IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED RECRUITER

One of our very good clients is looking for an Experienced Recruiter.

This is a great opportunity with one of the best companies in Detroit.

Need a strong recruiter that understands how to use technology, social networking, DIRECT RECRUITING and job boards to identify candidates for needs throughout the country in a variety of roles.

Someone who is able to find that candidate that is a needle in a hay stack for some of their more hard to fill openings.

This is not a HR role - this is strictly a Recruiting need.  Some HR background, however, is a plus.

They have over 100 positions they are filling world wide and they have a very small HR staff in Detroit and they need help.
They are looking to fill this need quickly - it would be a two step interview process first meet with the hiring manager and then Senior Management.
