Introvert's Guide Series by Lisa Petrilli
Something came up today at the MCC Novi event during our discussion. During sharing our network experiences, I admitted to the group that I was a slight introvert and that it sometimes can be a blocker when it comes to networking. After I shared my tips and experiences with networking, Terry Bean asked how many people were introverts. It was amazing that about half of the room if not more raised their hands including Terry himself, which I would've never imagined. That experience gave me an idea of something to share.
Lisa Petrilli is an advisor to C-level executives and she wrote a blog series called "The Introvert's Guide Series." It's interesting to know that she wrote that mainly because she's an introvert herself. She explains that most C-level executives are actually introverts themselves. I figured that if she can work with that level of a client and they can benefit from it, why not us? So I'm posting this so that anyone who's an introvert at any level, like me, can learn how to use that to their advantage, embrace that side of you and turn it into more success. Enjoy!
