I am working with a new client and have three positions to share with the group should you or someone you know want to find out more information.
My client is headquartered in Metro Detroit, is a leading global automotive supplier specializing in the manufacture and marketing of systems and components for the automotive industry. Products include body sealing systems, fluid handling systems, and NVH control systems.
The positions are as follows:
- Snr Training Specialist-Responsible for the assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of all Company core leadership, management and employee training curricula. Serves as an internal consultant to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions. Performs training needs analysis and oversees development of new training courses/programs. Determines instructional methods for particular subject matter in conjunction with business needs and formulates related teaching outlines. Develops courses for training programs and conducts classroom instruction. Assists in the development, implementation and coordination of the Company Succession Management Process
Snr Compensation Specialist-
1. Recommends, designs and implements programs, tools and training in support of the administration of all base pay, bonus and incentive programs for our client.
2. Provides analysis and performs project work in support of expatriate and International compensation programs for the company.
Snr Benefits Specialist-Administers all health & welfare benefit plans for salaried employees, union hourly employees and retirees. Provide ongoing review and evaluations of all health and welfare plans, plan designs, vendors & administrative services to include but not limited to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, employee self-service programs, life, accidental death and dismemberment, disability benefit plans and leave of absence programs. Recommend and propose benefit plan changes and revisions to include cost projections/savings. Exposure and knowledge in self insured and insured plans, high deductible health plans, wellness programs, and health risk assessment testing, preventative care and wellness programs.
