IMMEDIATE NEED CONSTRUCTION ADMIN $20/HR

IMMEDIATE NEED for Construction Admin in Rochester HIlls, MI.

Pay $15-$20/hr

The job duties include:
Reporting payroll hours to Payroll Company that processes weekly employee checks (ADP Payroll) / Reviewing payroll and track costs & hours per jobsite location / Preparing payroll monthly union report by employee by local jurisdiction / Preparing monthly labor cost report by job location / Entering bills for job payables and tracking job material costs verifying billed rates vs. quoted rates from purchase orders / Processing payment for overhead bills to be released by due date and gathering payment lien waivers / Processing payment for job materials to be released upon receipt of payment from job / Preparing monthly Sworn Statement listing Suppliers by job and current amounts owed / Tracking Purchase Orders by Supplier by Job and quantities delivered monthly by job.
Person to be knowledgeable of QuickBooks, MS Excel spreadsheets, construction progress billings, construction sworn statements and payment waivers (lien procedures) and general accounting knowledge
