Beautifully said.
I would say that my job as a coach is fundamentally working with people to access that quiet point of stillness within themselves. When one accesses that place, whole new worlds open up, the "shoulds" and "have to's" and "it's right to's" and expectations drop away. The person gains the wherewithal to move in the direction and into the future that is right/correct for them, and for them now (as opposed to what was right in their past). Life becomes free, exciting, full of passion and color and LIFE!
And who wouldn't want that?!
