Wanted: Buyer’s Agent for growing Real Estate Team in Bloomfield Hill (Oakland/Macomb)

The Mike Sher Realtor Team has an immediate opening for a Buyer's Agent position. Candidates should be organized, fast learners, a positive personality and great communicators. Real Estate license will be a requirement but will train the right candidate. Good people skills, comfort with social networking and computer skills are a must. Candidate will be required to show homes so reliable and presentable transportation is required.
Candidates will work in a fast-paced real estate office in Bloomfield Hills Michigan. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. Responsibilities and Requirement
• Be available and flexible to show properties to buyers (must have your own transportation to do so)
• Hold an active Michigan Real Estate Sales Person License or be willing to study and pass the state exam
• Must be a Outgoing & Personable
• Able to work with many types of personalities
• Must have strong phone skills
• Must be tech savvy (ie: check & respond to emails often through the day, text, Internet proficient, pdf, scanning, etc.)
• Must be able to follow up on buyer leads.
• Be able to write offers and negotiate offers.
• Attend the inspection, walk through and closing with buyers.
• Must be organized and detail oriented. .
• Able to correctly answer questions (or find out answers) to satisfy buyers.
• Must have an "Above & Beyond" positive attitude! (90% of the sale is whether the client likes you!)
• A reliable vehicle
• Computer skills
• Ability to work weekend and evening hours
• Must have high energy, drive, and commitment
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
• Motivated, goal oriented, aggressive, professional who is able to prioritize time-management and multi-tasking responsibilities.
• This is a Full Time position that will require someone with strong sales, communication and customer service skills.
