WANTED: SAP Technical Account Manager
This is a bit unusual, but I am looking for my own replacement on behalf of my current employer!
My role is that of SAP Technical Account Manager for a locally-based hosting company (Southfield). My duties include:
- Manage and account for SAP customer landscapes comprising multiple SAP products, hosted in three data centers;
- Interface with customers on their behalf with the hosting teams;
- Report to executive and director level leadership regarding customer SAP issues;
- Manage communication between hosting technical teams and customer;
- Manage changes requested by customers with hosting technical teams;
- Report service escalations to customer and manage outages of SAP systems and SAP-related systems (SAN, Network, Virtualized servers and Operating systems);
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly meetings to discuss SAP outages, incidents and changes with customers;
- Prepare SAP system metrics and Early Watch Alert reports, and present them to customers on a regular basis;
- Assist with and advise SAP technical team of customer changes and requirements within SAP environments;
- Schedule changes with technical support teams in conjunction with customer needs.
