Customer Service Positions Available

Looking for an entry level position with a great marketing company?  MA currently has 2 openings for our Customer Service Project Administrator role.  The job responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Answer inbound customer calls

• Perform outbound phone calls to customers and dealers to deliver/obtain additional information

• Data entry and filing

• Handle facsimile transmissions

• Verify program eligibility through various database systems

• Additional administration support as required

• Submit Call Reports

• Verify documents for program eligibility

• Audit/proof data entry or documents

• Communication with customers via email

• Support company quality standards, policies, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the company quality management system documentation

This is a full time hourly position with benefits.
