Benefits Specialist NEEDED!!

Our company, YourSource Management Group, is seeking a Benefit Specialist to add to our team.  YourSource is an HR consulting and outsourcing company, located in downtown Auburn Hills. 

The Benefit Specialist position involves administration of benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, LTD, etc.) for our numerous clients.  Major responsibilities include: new hire and open enrollment, billing reconciliation, resolving employee/client benefits issues, and benefit provider management.  In addition, the Benefit Specialist position will also be responsible for:

 -Spreadsheet management and creation

-Management of electronic database and client records

-Answering inquiries for benefit plan information

-Assisting with Cobra administration

-Being aware of and study regulatory changes

-Operating within all HIPAA guidelines and regulations

-Processing benefit enrollment and terminations

-Reviewing and process disability claims

-Preparing open enrollment packets

-Presenting new hire benefit orientations

-Benefit billing reconciliation

-Benefit Filing 

Requirements:

-Must have 2-3 years of applicable experience.

-Bachelors Degree preferred.

-Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
