People ask me what I do and how it benefits my clients all the time. The answer can be a bit complicated if I dive too deeply. Generally I say, "What you don't know IS hurting you. I teach business owners how to discover what they don't know so they can respond proactively rather than reactively."
I recently finished a project for a church in Lansing, MI. The final presentation was video taped and posted online for the church members to review. I offer it to you as well.
