Job Title: Product and
Content Search Engine Optimization Intern

Requirements:
Resume and 1 creative writing sample.

Hours and Pay: Intern
will be required to put in 10 hours per week (40 hours per month) with a weekly
evaluation meeting or phone call to go over new strategies or improvements that
can be made. Rate is $8 per hour. Minimum timeframe for this is 3 months and a
final evaluation at the end of that period may result in increased hours and
further employment.

Job Description: From
week to week the intern will be given guidelines for writing landing pages, press
releases, blog posts, category descriptions. Intern will also be taught how to
read and understand Google Analytics and Rank Tracker to determine growth of
online marketing campaigns. Expectations and quantity of projects will vary
each week but still maintain approximately 10 hours of work weekly.

Getting Started: After
the intern is accepted into Verde's internship program, there will be a 1-2
hour initial training to go through further guidelines for the job and learn
the website's back end interface.

Internship Experience:
Student will gain an extensive knowledge of online copywriting, basic html
formatting, website analytics and search engine optimization. With a majority
of brick and mortar businesses moving their operations online, understanding
the ecommerce industry, online search marketing as well as how the back end
interface of an online business functions is a great asset. We are more than
willing to write letters of recommendation as well as speak to other potential
employers about your experience here.
