Billhighway is seeking a Company Team Player (CTP)

The Company Team Player (CTP) concept is a new role developed within Billhighway and is being created to fill a void in Billhighway's daily operations. The role contains several responsibilities at a company, sales, and executive team level. Billhighway is looking to centralize these responsibilities to the CTP. This comprehensive role does a full range of activities - from initiation to execution - while keeping the business focused on the company's Strategic Actions and Goal. This individual is the primary conduit within the business for all general office matters, including the sales and executive team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The position is directly responsible for a wide range of activities within three main areas (but not limited to):
Executive Team [administrative] support:
- Gatekeeper of CEO schedule and calls
- "Proxy" responder to e-mails on CEO's behalf (anything that could have a standard response with direction on the conduct/guidelines for responding)
- Take notes in Executive meetings
- Accompany Executives on work travel for note taking
- Schedule/attend Executive team meetings
- Prepare reports and track data
- Running personal errands
General Office Assistance:
- Lead and plan all hosted company events and outings
- Coordinate events (recognition, service, team member activities)
- Manage all aspects of team member travel
- Assisting on general customer support phone calls and emails
- General office support items (order / management of supplies, materials, building-related stuff, errands, etc.)
- Upkeep of ‘wall of awesome' and other items that need to be kept current
- Client mailings (news releases printing, envelope stuffing, direct mail campaigns, etc.)
- Create job postings
- Communicate the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Business Development and Marketing Team support:
- Sales call prep and research support to marketing and sales
- Assist in preparation of RFP and proposal documentation
- Any in-office paperwork/task that can keep Business Development selling
- Trade show support (logistics, shipments, miscellaneous, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, and Abilities:
- Deep sense of accountability and responsibility: will be empowered to act, and will be expected to do so
- Product and technology savvy, yet market- and sales-oriented
- Uses the Internet and web-based community sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to think creatively under constrained timing deadlines
- Energetic, hard-working and driven by the desire to succeed
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to travel (5-10%)
- Willingness to do a wide range of tasks
