Great Staff makes the Difference!
A new Realtor client of mine ordered title (forgot to order earlier) late Friday afternoon from us here @ Franklin Title Agency & Closed on it mid day Monday (yesterday) with ease ...thanks to our Great staff always being on top of their game! Having an in-house Title Examiner definately makes it smoother but having a staff that takes ownership on each file makes it GOLD!

I agree Keith. To ensure having a great staff always, you should partner up with a Great Staffing Company that specializes in title companies! You know one that can supplement you with temporary staff that matches your current staff standards as well as offer you recruiting services.
