· Senior PM-you know what I'm looking for here. Must be PMP certified, must have worked previously in our space, healthcare experience is a plus and have experience managing multiple programs in the application development space. I can't do anything with those folks from the engineering space right now.
· Healthcare BA- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Documents Functional/Technical (Data Model) flow of HIPAA Transactional data throughout all enterprise, legacy, and downstream applications. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify existing and new programs. Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, and develops test plans. Can develop user and implementation guides and supports the user in development of work processes.
· Functional Architect- Collaborate with application developers, business owners, and systems analysts to promote best practices. Documents business implications of the application architectural changes or enhancements to the current and future business environment. Work with EDI Technical Architect to define, implement, and integrate application solutions into business requirements. Collaborate with EDI Technical Architect on the creation of reference architectures, reference implementations, and proofs-of-concept. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Performs analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Instruct, direct, and check the work of business analysis personnel.
· Technical Architect-Research, evaluate, and recommend new/alternative technology solutions based on the latest technology trends, application capabilities, and best practices. Drive creation of reference architectures, reference implementations, and proofs-of-concept. Conduct data architecture reviews of Enterprise Road Maps. Serve as an advocate towards ensuring that the applications and projects align with Enterprise architecture goals. Collaborate with application developers, business owners, and operation engineers to promote best practices. Develop and maintain "as is" and "to be" system architecture documentation across the enterprise including infrastructure architecture, application architecture, integration architecture, and the underlying enterprise architecture. Work with data architects to model, store, transmit, and communicate the relevant pieces of business information while maintaining a high level of data quality and integrity.
