I can sum up what will change Detroit's (and your personal) economy in one word...
I just sent this blast:
AWARENESS
Before my dissertation, there are 3 events I want you to be aware of:
SAVE THE DATE- It's 90% a go, and it looks like on June 24, we will be bringing a NYT Best Selling Author and tremendous speaker to town.
Cleanthe D. The Ferndale Chamber and other groups are getting together to Clean Up areas of Detroit this Saturday, May 1. Click HERE to learn more (please don't sign up for the MCC/Blightbuster event as we are NOT doing that on this day)
MCC Live NoVI is Next Tuesday, May 4. RSVP HERE.
OK, back to Awareness...
I don't want to make this note a history lesson, but I shall use history to prove a point. The first Toyota that drove down Telegraph Road probably did so in ABOUT 1971. How do you think big 3 execs responded to seeing that?
While I wasn't there, I can only imagine the laughs, quips and other arrogance that was emitted. People weren't aware of the potential foreign auto makers had.
You already know how that lack of awareness has effected us.
The awareness I'm speaking of is different. I want to prove that being aware of the needs of others will benefit them AND benefit you.
I have long held the belief that if you compensate people for being aware, they become even more so.
All businesses buy products and services just like they sell products and services. It is on these needs that businesses have, where we can transform the economy. When you are aware of a company who is buying a product or service, you may be able to get paid (as this plan unfolds). For now, if you are aware of a company who is buying Telecommunications services, you WILL be able to make up to $350.00.
I launched the partnership with TelNet for two main reasons:
1. They offer a great service (telephone service and Internet connectivity- just like AT&T offers) every business needs
2. They can offer a commission that will get people's attention.
The $350 per sale you will get paid will certainly impact your economy. Once I can prove this model works for TelNet, we can bring it to other companies. As more businesses join this program, more opportunities become available for us all.
This plan is so simple AND beneficial for you. I sure hope you will help me help us all. You can do so by joining this SUBGRUOUP (there is information on what a good referral is, how to approach prospects, etc.) or referring businesses you know who need new service directly to me at tbean@networkedinc.com.
By working together on this, we can grow this project and more importantly our awareness of others needs and ways to fulfill them. As we do that, our economy WILL change!
Thanks for being a part of Motor City Connect.
Be connected-

Hi Terry: I don't know whether or not you remember me. I sent you a print copy of my invention " Elimination of Jack-knifing of Tractor-trailers". Now, this could change for better Detroit's and Michigan's economy, in that my or any other invention which totally eliminates jack-knifing will render today's commercial and recreational tractor-trailer obsolete. Of course, development of this patented invention requires funding. May I discuss this matter with you? If you are not interested in discussion, please let me know.
Sincerely
Jack

Terry:
I would appreciate a reply. Just acknowleging that you received and read my mail would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jacob-
I missed the first one and am late responding on the second one. Sorry about that.
I did take a look at it, not sure who to send in on to. Who do you think needs to see it?
Terry
I thought you might have some connections to the Michigan automotive industry. If promoted, it would give a boost to the Michigan economy and employment. As you may know the automotive industry is loathe to deal with the independent solo inventor, and innovation from outside, which is one reason they ran into trouble in the past. Total elimination of Jack-knifing of tractor-trailers is a safety factor which, when adopted will be important enough to render the present conventional tractor-trailer obsolete.
Jacob
my connections have connections to the auto industry but I have stayed arms length away. Who in the industry do you need to speak with specifically?
