I met with the Founder, Charles Browne of Property Basics who educated me on all the services offered to Realtors and Real Estate Investors here in Michigan and I was blown away!

They cover everything from Lock Changes and window securing to weekly and monthly inspections of the property as well as utility protection and evaluation... even winterization of sprinkler systems and pools on the property. When it comes to maintenance Property Basics takes care of yard, garden, and pool maintenance as well as "trash out" services and lawn care and landscaping. When it pertains to additional services where they go above and beyond - Property Basics even has a licensed home stager on staff as well as updating your signage, painting, moving, and packing and loading services.

If you cannot sell your listing - They sure can!

Needless to say I was completely impressed with all they do, offer, and are willing to do and offer throughout Metro Detroit from Detroit to West Bloomfield to Mt Clemens to Grosse Pointe to Marine City!
