5 Things You Find Beautiful

My friend Barry Demp leads his executive coaching clients through an interesting and fun exercise. On a blank sheet of paper, he has them list five things they find beautiful - no rules, no clarifying statements - just start writing.
The question leads to deeper discussions on values, goals and priorities (all valuable discussions), but I enjoy hearing about what first pops in people's minds.
Let's do this exercise together. Think of five things you find beautiful, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter them in. Then come back to the top and read what other people have listed. NO PEEKING!
Let's get to know ourselves and each other better.
