The new business novel "The Customer's Way" is on its way. I am taking pre-orders now for an early Dec release.
This is a great story of a struggling Alumni Association board and how they, with the help of a friend, identified ways to better serve the graduates they had been unable to reach. The parallels to your business are easy to identify and the system they used could very well save your business. Respond to this posting for more information.
