Process Specialist
Looking for welding and assembly process engineers that have knowledge in MIG, Laser and Resistance welding
Assembly techniques, fastening, forming, hand tools.
Need to know cycle time analysis
Manage suppliers, so you need social skills
Meet deadlines, equipment timing, plant start up
Equipment readiness, Cpk, CMM, dimensional reports
Product meets quality requirements for dimensional, welding, etc
Stay within program budget
Travel to company sites in NA, Mexico and potentially to Europe and Asia
Program Manufacturing Leaders
Manage the budget, tooling and capital costs for a program
Analysis of volumes, timing, production requirements
Develop the business plan with the plants
Completion of milestone work packages for our gate system
Develop and control the budget
Travel to company sites in NA, Mexico and potentially to Europe and Asia
