Director, Corporate Purchasing

Botsford Health Care, located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, is currently seeking a highly motivated, results oriented individual to join its Corporate Purchasing Department as Director of Corporate Purchasing.  He/She will be extensively involved in contract negotiations for supplies, equipment & services, vendor selections, contract analyses and implementation of GPO contracts.  Working knowledge of Material Management/Purchasing Information Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree. RN degree desired.


• Five years of management experience required in a Materiel Management Department or related areas.
