Requirements:

Job Duties: 

• Coordination of all agency fundraising events including AutoGlow, The Power of Possibilities Breakfast, all third party fundraising events, agency program events, donor cultivation events, and donor recognition events.

• Relationship management with all customers, collaborative partners, event sponsors, vendors, and volunteers.

• Identification, cultivation, solicitation and recognition of all event sponsors.

• Manage the agency volunteer program to assure that volunteers are utilized in a constructive and meaningful manner.

• Volunteer recruitment, orientation, cultivation, retention, and recognition.

• Work closely with program staff to coordinate annual holiday donation program.

• Coordination of the agency "Closet" program.

• Serve as a liaison to the Volunteer Committee of the Board.

• Management of volunteer information in Raiser's Edge.

• Prepare monthly reports as requested.
