Be guided

There are signs that you should follow all around you. The fun thing is you are
the one that puts them there. As you think good things and know that they will
happen for you, they appear. That is what the Law of Attraction is all about.
What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. That's not mine btw and I will cite it properly soon.

So guides are everywhere. Everyone has a very clear purpose in this life. The
key is you have to be quiet enough to find it. It's in you. It is the heaven
you believe in, the nirvana you seek or enlightenment you wish to attain.
Whatever it is that makes you truly happy will be able to provide for you.
Don't worry about the competition, there is only one you. No one can compete
with that. When you begin to be your best you, nothing can stop you.

Being your best you means that you have to be of service to others. How can you
assist others in being their best them? Your true calling is to make the world
a better place. Doesn't matter if you are ironing clothes, serving food,
leading companies or winning Nobel peace prizes. We all have a talent to share.
The guidance system that we need to find it is our feelings. How we feel about
what we do alerts us to whether or not we are on the right path. If we feel
good, there will be signs to continue those good feelings. Stay aware and you
will keep seeing them.

The challenge is that at the moment, there aren't enough people that believe in
this possibility. As long as others show signs of disbelief, you are less
likely to believe in you. The way to change this is to believe that everyone
has these powers. Once we form a fabric of support amongst humans, we will be
able to achieve things we can't yet fathom.

This greatness will be upon us because are not human, we are energy. We are
apart of the eternal. Your universe is as big as you can fathom it. The key
is, it is yours. You have been being since the beginning of time. Human is but
one form of your being. Getting a critical mass of this understanding will
allow us to be guided by the collective consciousness that we all share.

Get clear on what you want
Understand how to help others get what they want and do so
Believe that both they and you can create your own blissful existence
Love life

Share this information with those you know and help them to form a higher
expectation of all of us. We deserve it.

Namaste

Hey Terry,

I believe that you can get others to believe by being the example and showing them. If you do the right things and lead the right life then others will follow suit and then they will lead others and the spiritual revolution will coninue to grow.

Thanks Terry, I'm also a big fan of Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer.

I own "everyday immortality" by Deepak but have never read anything else or any Wayne Dyer.  What have they said that makes you a fan?

Deepak talks about the "gap" between thoughts, a place of infinite possibilities, the best way to get there is with meditation, also he tells us about body-mind connection, selfhealing and how he left a great career as a Doctor to go back to India and study these.

Wayne Dyer is a great speaker and motivator, him and Deepak are big friends. He talks about mistakes he made and what he learned from his life growing up as an orphan. One example, in his youth when he was a struggling writer, he would get a lot of nasty mail from people that just didn't like what he wrote.

So he would sit down for hours and write letters back to each person, but the letters would always be the same and they would say: "I'm sitting here, in a smallest room in my house, with your letter in my hand, and soon it will be behind me". He doesn't do this anymore, but when I read that I laughed my ass off.

Terry - I echo Almir's statements regarding Wayne Dyer. I have several of his books and a really great 6-CD set of the "Secrets of an Inspirational (In-Spirit) Life" lecture he did for Public TV a few years ago.

What I love about Wayne is that he is very humble, and speaks openly about what he perceives as his shortcomings. He's conversational in his approach, and you really "get it" that he's just an ordinary guy who has learned and is sharing extraordinary things about life and spirituality.

Terry -

I'm really happy you re-posted this here.  You speak to a lot of what my coaching practice is about - the power and possibility that are unleashed when you know at your most core who you are and what your gift is to contribute.  It's amazing what happens - both in your life and in your experience of it - when that's what your life revolves around.  Nothing - and I mean NOTHING - can sway you.  (Including things like the economy!)  And things just (magically?) keep turning out.

For years, I have lived by a friend's saying:  "Listen to the silence."

Or as Christopher Reeve once said,  "I think we all have a little voice inside us that will guide us...If we shut out all the noise and clutter from our lives and listen to that voice, it will tell us the right thing to do."

That's what I try to do in my life, and that's what I was put here on Earth to contribute to others.
