Senior Care and Advocacy
Nearly 50 million American's are caring for an elder family member, or friend. I have worked in senior care and advocacy for over 30 years, and would like to help family members with education and information, as well as have members be able to post questions or comments in a forum.
I have a blog to help you with information on common issues facing seniors and families. www.angiltarachrn.blogspot.com, and have been blogging as a guest on 3 other sites.
I had a guest blog posted on Great Places Inc. yesterday "DIAGNOSIS: ALZHEIMER'S. HOW CAN I BE SURE?" I invite anyone questioning a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or Dementia to see this blog http://www.greatplacesinc.com/Blog/EntryDisplay.aspx?EntryID=589
I welcome any comments, or questions. I hope this can be of help to you or someone you know.
See some of you in Ann Arbor today!

I am the new blogger for the Ann Arbor News, now known as AnnArbor.com. I am very excited about this new venue to provide information and resources to seniors and their families.
I started a series today "Who pays for what?" This series will provide easily understood information to help seniors through the insurance and medical maze. I invite you to check it out, and ask questions, comment, or suggest topics.
