This isn't a direct job position available, but it seemed like an applicable place to post.

Flowz is a Michigan company (on Big Beaver in Troy).  We launched a new service a few months ago to help people find work, and employers find people.  You could call it a cross between monster.com and flickr.com.  The end result is a resume, portfolio, and social feed that helps you stand out from the crowd.
