Sales person needed

We have been trying to fill a B2B sales position for almost a month now and we have not really found what we are looking for. Because the position is new, we really prefer someone with some sales experience (prefer 5 years but will look at someone with 2 years). Because we are committed to a referral based sales model, we would like to stay away from folks who would be more inclined to use cold-calling and flier-mailing approaches to prospecting. It may also be helpful to know that we have experienced a lot of success with a Socratic method of selling so we would like to focus on candidates who know the importance of asking intelligent questions.

This person would take over the sales for our new property management division, focusing on investors/landlords and municipalities. The pay options would differ based on what the candidate has to offer, but $30k+4% or $0k+8% would be the minimums.

I know that you cannot refer someone to me that is already employed with one of your clients. Perhaps you know someone in transition - or maybe someone who paid their way to some of your training classes so you would not be stepping on a clients toes. Any assistance you could lend would be much appreciated.
