Cobo Center
One Washington Blvd.
Detroit, MI 48226
Doors open at 6 AM as this event will be showcased in the live Good Morning America broadcast that day.

The only condition of participation is the immediate availability of jobs! Was asked if this is a "women's only" event and the answer is NO. If you have job openings and want a table or you wish to attend, it's not just an event for women.
Just wanted to clarify.
Check the GMA web site for details in the coming week if you are a job seeker.
I don't have any real details for people seeking a job as I am there as an exhibitor in the direct sales area of the event.
I've been asked and wish I could be of more assistance but the site should have all the "ins and outs" within the week.

I was thinking that something would be posted by the end of the week. If you still don't see anything by Friday, I'll get with my contact and see what I can post for everyone. I know it begins at 6 AM on Tuesday the 19th since they are doing live broadcasts from the event.
Promise I'll keep in touch. I want to see my fellow Michiganians back to work in a serious way.

The event on Tuesday was amazing. I could not believe how many folks were out for it. I wish every job seeker who was there and those who were unable to attend my sincerest best wishes for employment in the near future.
I knew things were not good but that event really gave me more insight on how bad it really is out there.
